Could be better. We got the stuff printed in the end but one of the guys working there didn't seem enthusiastic in helping and also maybe pretended not to hear us at times and when we said bye to them.
I went to get some documents scanned on a Saturday afternoon. For some reason the self service scanner didn't like scanning one of my documents. I tried to get help but there were hardly any staff around. I finally got served and the person who helped me went away and scanned my document on another machine. The shortage of staff was a problem.
Poor service. Was said that our order would be ready by tommorow. It has been 1 week and says on the track order page that it will come in 3 weeks… not good to order stuff don’t listen to the workers
