Very disappointing photo printing service and quite worrying to be honest.... I ordered photo prints of my babies birth and also had photos of my older child in school uniform , collected order and was mixed with another families prints,,, now they cant confirm whether my prints have been mixed with some else who have already collected there order! Very unprofessional and disgraceful....so unhappy !!!
Visited on Saturday and the whole experience was a joke. There were at least 18 staff members on the floor, yet apparently only the manager and one other person know how to change the photo machine roll. Seriously? Out of all those people, not a single one can operate a basic service? I specifically asked for digital passport photos, and they flat out said no, insisting they had to print first and only then could it be done. What kind of backwards setup is that? Amazing service from the young blonde lady at the print and copy section. She is so patience and helpful, and has great customer service. Even though it got crazy busy, and she was on her own, she still paid great attention to the customers she served! 😊
