Absolutely useless, they never have enough staff, and the ones that are there are rude.
Alastair! What an outstanding team member! He should be recognised for his efforts and his attention to detail. I hope he is rewarded because I can say that his customer service at Officeworks is second to none. He heard what I was after and he understood everything I asked. I have almost no knowledge on what I required but he managed to help me and made me understand what it is I needed. I do hope these reviews are read by head office because he should be praised. I have confidence in visiting the Melton store.
I afterpayed chocolate pretzels for my sister online and I still did not get my order. 🤦♀️
