If you're looking for custom prints, I recommend going to Mandurah’s. The print staff here knows less than you do and won't try to solve the problem like it's not their job. I had Mackenzie to deal with my only one request: to print exactly the size of my file (100% ratio). The teenager tried once, not the right size, then told me she can't print it anymore 'for some reason'- the file is corrupted. Okay.. tried to shop for a "kai miles" but it was unavailable, then a staff member with the exact same name as the product i was looking for thought i was trying to buy him, so he started getting touchy. never coming back.
