Very poor product knowledge by staff. Had to google what I was looking for after what I thought was a good description to two of the staff. Was then told it was only available online in packs of 100. Showed the staff member that it was available in packs of 10 as click and collect. Eventually the staff member found them. Should have the staff study the product availability in the store they work. One of the members couldn’t be bothered at all in helping - very very poor attitude
tried to contact them on the phone several times and message came up saying they were open but could not take my call and hung up on me

Truly terrible experience with click and collect at Mandurah. No communication and nobody answering the phones morning, midday or late afternoon. Ended up calling head office who said some of my order had arrived in store days earlier but nothing was processed. I cancelled all of my orders. Head office were great but I'll never bother with this "service" again.
Very lovely place. Staff are very friendly but the pri ting can be a bit slow
