What a joke, they would not know customer service if it hit them in the face. They change the size of my document and when I asked them they said that’s the way it came to them. BS, no apology nothing will find else where you print in future
Rang them on multiple different occasions to check on an order, sat on hold for 15 minutes each call with no one picking up.
Rude staff especially Monet, most staff standing around and watched me walk in, took them about 5 mins to come up to me and the response I got was “are you waiting for something Oor?” I also wasn’t offered any help with my click and collect order to the car like one lady usually does every time without fail (shoutout to her)
