Ordered about 10 pages to be printed. Arrived and they gave hand me print-outs of my receipt for the print job, and then seem confused when I tell them that's not what I uploaded to the site. Waited 30 minutes! For them to print the actual job. Turns out one guy printed them for me about 15m in, then wandered off and never came back. Do yourself a favour and buy your office supplies somewhere else if you value your time.
A weirdly terrible shop experience given it’s owned by Wesfarmers. Staff randomly standing around while customers queue for hours. Never seen a business simultaneously be so inefficient and have such high demand.
