I drove 25kms for printouts which is 2mintue job for them, store closes at 6pm I was there 5:30 ,they were six people and said the service is closed only self-service. She said counter is close 15mins before the store close. I was in the line it Took my turn after 10mins. This is ridiculous unprofessional service. And they say the nearest store is 50kms away they close at 9.
Why have items on display with price tags in store if they're only available to buy online, it's absurd!
I visited Officeworks Mandurah today to do some printing and had trouble paying with my bank card. I asked a young male staff member whether I could pay with cash instead. He stopped what he was doing and patiently helped me get a recharge card from the counter. Unfortunately I forgot to ask his name but I wanted to recognise his excellent customer service. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience.
