Disgusting that I cannot get a staff member to answer the phone! Push 1 for this.. push 2 for printing blah blah blah.... IF you don't hear what you want head into our store. I just want to speak to a staff member about a printer!!!!! I frequent this store alot, but today really ticked me off that after all of the instructions there was no option to hold to speak to staff. Use the website or come in, was all that was infuriatingly offered.
No customer service when I phoned, I need to speak with someone was not me a recording kept recommending I go to the website or I could go instore to talk to somebody, but when we live in a rural area this is not a viable solution to my problem. Officeworks need to remedy this situation if they want to keep our business in the future
