Went into buy a printer The whole experience was awful, it took me a good 15 minutes to even get a team member’s attention The sales staff were rude and basically didn’t care They didn’t have the model I wanted in any store, refused to sell me the display model This was a $600 sale, literally any other salesperson would be keen to make a large sale for their commission Spoke to the manager and he was a rude jerk as well
Very poor customer service and support!! Very disappointed with the printing service.
I went to Officeworks to scan some important documents, all of their self service scanners document feeders are broken so after waiting 10 minutes to get some attention from a staff member I was informed they are aware of the situation and that I’ll have to do them 1 page at a time using the flatbed scanner underneath. This wasn’t feasible for 30 pages so I had to wait in line again to get staff assisted scanning at a cost of $0.60 per page! Absolute ripoff and not the cost advertised online. 100% will not be back.
Absolutely a waste of time!! Staff ignore you when waiting in line! Common courtesy would be nice - understandable they can be busy but when they walk backwards and forwards without any acknowledgment is unprofessional- a simple we will be with you in a moment is all that is needed! Click and collect is ridiculous- wait in line for ages to pick something up
