Just wanted to put out there that a lot of the officeworks staff at Joondalup are pretty useless and just stand around as they have a lack of knowledge of their own store and equipment. Every time I come here, there is always a long line as the cashiers are very slow with their jobs, especially with the printing requests. I opt to use the self-serve printers now as I can avoid the line. Last time I came, the self-serve photo printer stopped working, and I had to chase around several employees asking for help. Went in to get some printing done at the Joondalup store. Waited in line with about 10 other people, the only employee at that desk proceeded to write on paper for about 10 minutes. I gave up waiting after about 20 minutes and no change to the line, watched a customer screaming at an employee on the desk as I left, usually I would be appalled by that sort of behaviour but it was probably for a reason at this store. I’ve been here three times over the last 3 months. Every time there is maybe 2 people at the printing area and a huge line. The wait is consistently 15/20 mins. Office works has a reputation of this - I don’t know why they don’t staff more people here. It’s so frustrating.
We were served on Monday 25/5/2026 by Chantelle at the print counter at joondalup store on more than one occasion. . She is so amazing at her job and so pleasant to talk to. . Very patient with us and helped with all aspects of what we had printed and copied. Chantelle is such fantastic asset to Officeworks joondalup.
