I went to the store to buy a computer monitor and other stuff. I knew what i wanted but wanted to confirm what i was getting was right. There was about 7 team members in the store, including a manager. When i asked for help they just could not care and told me that they have finished there shift. they did not even try to get someone to come help me. The team in this store is unprofessional. The store will never perform when you have team like this.
Such a lovely store but absolutely disgraceful customer experience. The cashier at the counter "Charllote" , so rude , no manners whatsoever. Doesn't know how to process an officework e-gift card , which I understand but talking back to the customer and blaming them , not acceptable. Store Manager - please train such people some basic manners and courtesy even before they learn thier job. Never returning back to this store ever again.
