Their photo service section is not good. We went to get some photos printed we were advised to use self service kiosk but those kiosks dont work and there was no one to help we were there for 1 hour we couldn’t get our photos
Went last week to buy some stationery. Felt the shop is grossly understaffed and remaining staff don't have a clue about the stuff and the price listed. Whenever any doubts arises during the billing, they will ask customer to stay aside. I was kept aside for 10 mins with no response and I decide to quietly escape the premises :)
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff member Bhagya was arrogant, dismissive, and acted as if he makes his own rules. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the manager and told me I couldn’t speak to anyone else — completely shutting down any chance to resolve the issue. I have been shopping at this store for years and never faced anything like this. Just this week, I spent over $2,000 here without a single problem from other staff.
