Bought two apple headphones however customer service is very bad, she was behaving as if I will steal the items and run away. Never again in this store.
Arrived at about 4:40PM today and wasted about 10 mins at the click and collect area only to be requested to go the print section to collect my order. I had to wait some more time at the prints collection area.The worst part I believe the lady at the print section came to the click and collect area - she could have just brought my order based on the order id I passed onto the front staff or someone could have passed my order to the click and collect area before hand rather than making customers waste a lot of time. even giving them one start feels too generous. Absolutely horrible customer service waited 45 minutes and still wasn’t attended to. Two staff members were standing around chitchatting with one customer. I had to push myself into the convo to ask about the ipad. That they didn’t even have in stock. If they had told me earlier I would’ve saved time. Went into jb hifi and left with an ipad with 10 minutes of being there.
