I’ve quite literally never had a phone call to here answered… otherwise, the standard Officeworks experience and generally solid customer service.
Having customer service call you back is SO HARD that they would rather re-print something wrong again, express post it, then refund and cancel the entire order than simply give you a call back like you initially requested. All I wanted to know was what colour profile do you need so my print doesn't come out so dark. That's all I asked for. Instead you ignored my request and went ahead and reprinted it wrong again. Can’t get what you want, Running out of stock on certain things or don’t re stock it at all anymore. Ordering online and 90% of standard things are on back order until gawd knows when. All paid for days ago with no update as to when stock will arrive. Have now been on hold on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get sorted. Think might find another supplier who can answer the phone and has the stock. Was a regular customer, but will not be anyone.
Don't buy anything online. Both delivery and click-collect are useless. The delivery date is never set, it might not be Officeworks' fault but not knowing where parcels and not being able to find items is just unacceptable.
