Big, strong and friendly.
I needed some documents on my phone to be printed and thought the self serve would be easy, turns out I had no idea how to do it so I kind of waited for a while and realised if you need help you have to ask for it, so a lady came to help but in the end I had a lovely young lady at the service desk help me, my phone wasn't being cooperative but she worked it out and printed my documents. The worst place for parking in Hobart. I have been here numerous times and waited for a park and ended up leaving. When shopping for business with two small kids I need to park in the car park and it’s just too small
What a joke your staff are so rude. Came in to get supplies for school. Wanted a block of dates calender. Got told I have no idea what your talking about do you have a photo. I asked where calender are aisle 14 i was told. Which was cleaning supplies. Asked someone else aise 11. Waiting at the check out while a woman buys a laptop. Three staff on she was getting the gold star treatment but will probably see her once a year. Unlike me who is in the store every week.
