Completely unacceptable delivery experience and extremely poor customer service. I specifically rearranged my entire day to be home for a chair that Officeworks advised would be delivered today. Went to buy a monitor. It took nearly 10 min to find someone to help but they were busy and said would get someone else. Waited another 10 min and left. Not staffed not friendly never go there again.
Worst experience ever. Ordered printed t-shirts online. I picked them up today and the wording and picture under the wording is all crooked and very poor quality. Then, when I went to collect the t-shirts in Hobart, there was a great big drama from a staff member, in front of everyone waiting to be served about the way the postman delivered them to office works, like it was my fault! Never again and don't waste your time or money getting a print put on t-shirts online at office works, do it yourself.
