Most disgusting customer service. Team in the printing department could not act more inconvenienced if they tried. Don't acknowledge customers waiting and when you ask for help they don't care at all. Every time I've been, I've had questions about sizes, printing quality etc and their customer service (or lack of) makes me feel like I'm not worth their time. EDIT: big boy Hugo needs a pay rise
I go to a number officeworks across Melbourne for work and have to say Highett is one of the most unhelpful locations in Melbourne. Staff a rude, always role their eyes when you come in wanting something printed. I come here because it’s close to home/work but have now decided to drive further away for better service. I cannot believe how bad the customer service is especially in the printing area.
Great customer service. The gentlemen we spoke to really took his time to fully answer all our questions and help us book a 3rd party service to help assemble the desk.
