Some of the young girls at the register need more customer service training
Today (Saturday) I went to the Highett Officeworks. I wanted to purchase an Apple Watch. I needed help and stood there for a good 20 mins. It was obvious I was looking for assistance!! Then I went to ask a young guy for some help and he said he would find someone. Eventually I just left and went to JB HI FI. lol never again. Worst service. No wonder most people shop online!
