can’t lie, every time i’ve tried to print here has been a terrible experience and don’t know why i keep trying. either the printers are malfunctioning, the card readers are down, the kiosks aren’t working or there’s absolutely 0 staff around to help. took me half an hour to print 3 pages and then 20 photos that all ended up with lines through them. $33, wasted. i show a staff member and he goes “oh that’s a shame sorry about that.” ….yeah great! thanks for being a waste of time! and money!

The attitude and disrespect from Karina at the photo counter was absolutely disgusting. We asked for some help on the photo desk and were basically ignored. Tbh the rest of the staff were great and helpful But I will not be coming back for that simple reason.
