I paid for express same day printing for a few items and a mug and they told me at the counter that they’ll have it ready tomorrow morning. It wasn’t closing time either they had over an hour. Why offer a service if you’re not going to provide it. disappointing
Long lines, slow and rude service. The shop seems to be ran by a bunch of teenagers without adequate training.
Amazing experience. Went in today to buy an iPad for my daughter. The young man who helped me was great. Really helped from start to finish. Real real genuine experience. Keep this kid.
Cannot speak to anyone on the phone. They direct you to the website for all enquiries. My enquiry issisnt for the boxes. Will shop elsewhere from now on, as I consider that to be poor customer service.
