Not bad but the have good customer service.
Store Manager Krystal has been extremely rude, condescending and aggressive. I brought 2 monitor screens and 2 laptops into the store wanting Pranav to help me with connecting them. Without asking me, Krystal wheeled my monitor screens into the recycling room. I had to shout across the room from outside (she was far inside the room already). Again great customer service on 16/04/26 this time from Lucas/Lukas. Bought a $40 plus item from another OW 40km’s away (that had a component missing/lost) and there was no issue either getting a refund and/or fixing the problem to my liking. Well done Lucas/Lukas! Great service. I order the wrong printing paper and wanted to exchange it and eventhough my original credit card had been cancelled these guys made the exchange. Sounds simple but they could have easily made it difficult but no they made it happen. Well done!!
