I visited this Officeworks this afternoon and had a very disappointing experience at the checkout. The young Asian female staff member serving at the checkout this afternoon handled the situation in a way that felt abrupt. My card payment didn't go through because I had forgotten to transfer funds into the account. Before I had a chance to sort it out or explain, she quickly took all of my items away from the counter.
