Absolutely disgusting customer service at print and scan, two staff both more useless than each other. Blonde lady working had an incredibly rude tone and was unhelpful, the other staff member barely assisted and made us wait for over 30 minutes. Bunch of incompetent and down right rude staff. Clearly have no knowledge of professional customer service or politeness, will never be back to this store where I have been coming for over 20 years.
Excellent service from Mary with assisting me when I got stuck processing some photos via the self service kiosk today! It doesn’t take much to go the extra mile however it’s increasingly rare to come across these days! Thanks Mary!
