Absolutely Love this branch of office works. Staff are always friendly and polite. I visit once a week on a week-end. Thank you all for your friendliness and a great service. I have not been disappointed even once. 5 stars!
This is one of the worst retail stores I have ever experienced. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all cost. Trying to get an order cancel is close to impossible.
I went to this Officeworks and bought pencils. These pencils were great quality. Leo Ward-Garvey helped me out to find good quality pencils.
Consistently average service both with click and collect and in store. If you can, go to a different office works or alternative retailer. Cancel orders without notice and still take $, poor quality and prices are not competitive like they used to be.
