I purchased a TV screen from Officeworks and received excellent service from start to finish. Team member Daniel was helpful, taking the time to explain everything, ensuring I got the right TV screen for my needs, and just generally making it all a lot easier. Then at checkout I was served by a young team member (I forget his name) who was also very polite and professional, which was a nice complement to the experience. Service was ok. Had staff following me around the whole time I was there. Just because I'm Asian doesnt mean you should discriminate against me. Could give it 1 star but was feeling nicer today.
Poor customer service asked for a hand but he didn’t come back to us….
Everything you need and more, even random food products and the team even know where everything is down to the part number !
