It was two photos and a marker. I ordered two photos to print and a marker online. Marker arrived separately and two weeks later the photos are yet to arrive. This is an absolute embarrassment. It should have been the simplest task but this incompetent company couldn’t accomplish that. I’ll be telling anyone who needs a similar service to go elsewhere.
I purchased a TV screen from Officeworks and received excellent service from start to finish. Team member Daniel was helpful, taking the time to explain everything, ensuring I got the right TV screen for my needs, and just generally making it all a lot easier. Then at checkout I was served by a young team member (I forget his name) who was also very polite and professional, which was a nice complement to the experience. Service was ok. Had staff following me around the whole time I was there. Just because I'm Asian doesnt mean you should discriminate against me. Could give it 1 star but was feeling nicer today.
Poor customer service asked for a hand but he didn’t come back to us….
