I ordered an iPad A16 256GB in Silver online yesterday using Click & Collect. After picking it up and returning home, I discovered that the box had already been opened and the protective film on the iPad screen had been removed. The product was advertised at a discounted “Deal” price, but there was no indication that it had been previously opened, returned, or used. Displaying two colours of the same desk riser that is not in stock and not allowing a box to be opened to view the desk riser they did have plenty of stock of. I was told there was no room to display the one in the boxes. Referred me to Ryde store which had excellent service.
Apalling service at print counter
They tend to follow you around the store as if you were going to steal something. I really love the store, and I'd like to spend more time browsing and seeing what else I might buy, but the staff make the whole shopping experience very unpleasant.
