Recently visited the Brookvale store being delighted by the service and knowledge the sales people had. I required to have some photos printed and was new to their process. There was an issue whereby I had to use 3 different terminals to get the job done. Honestly if you need something printed avoid officeworks and go to an actual printing store. Customer service is slow and staff are unhelpful. The first time I had an issue I let it go because I figured it was a once off but this is the second time I've had issues with their printing service. I was told my order would be ready the next day and even received a confirmation text that it was apparently ready to pick up.
