Ordered 3 super fine tip markers for tiling work - waited 14 minutes for this click'n'collect item I'd been notified was ready to collect to arrive at the front counter. Not great, but understand staffing levels are constantly inadequate these days. Got home, opened the parcel . . . and found a keyring ! Will now have to start again ordering this non-ranged item. I put this down to poor management rather than poor staff.
