WiFi is bad but very helpful employees
On 23/09/25 around 8:00 PM, the staff behaved very badly. They refused to take passport size photos, saying they don’t work at that time, but it seemed intentional
Staff are clueless, and you can’t hear them on the phone because they mumble and the phone is muffled, and they just redirect you to the main office anyway. Lady I spoke to just kept saying “I don’t know” when I asked a very simple question about available stock. Seems like staff get zero training and even they don’t get informed when things will be available. Not to mention payment was taken from my account but the order didn’t actually go through.
