I came in today after I had picked up an order at OfficeWorks Melton for a return as it was faulty. The customer service assistant (no nametag - but believe his name is Joshua) then immediately went and opened a brand new package of the same item to replace the broken charger. I specifically told the him that I did NOT want the product and told him not to open the package.
