great service
Really bad customer service. The printers are not working properly, and when you go to the counter to ask for help they just ignore you, leave you waiting for long time, just to see them laughing and chatting with other staff members. I only needed to print four pages and scan them, and that took 45 MIN!!! What a nonsense. The staff really needs to be more trained and show more respect. 29/06/25 from 16:15 to 17:00!!
