Pathetic, pathetic and pathetic. Rude staff with zero management
Went into officeworks cannington a couple of days ago to get my passport photo taken, and I had an excellent experience. The staff member who helped me, a gentleman with a ponytail (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) — was professional, polite, and very efficient. Even though the store was a bit busy at the time, he managed to multi-task really well, helping other customers with their enquiries while still making me feel looked after.
