Our recent experience at the Campbelltown Officeworks with “Deano” was deeply disappointing and upsetting during what was already an extremely emotional and difficult time for our family. After the passing of my grandfather, we were under significant stress trying to organise last-minute details for his funeral. Always has what I need to do the job!
I knew exactly what I was after, and where to find it. Even though it was amongst a lot of them and it took some time to find it, I found it without help. When I went to pay I was attended to quickly and courteously by a cheerful-looking attendant at the counter.
One star is being generous! I’ve been calling for 25 minutes trying all menu options. The first option is a link to the website. If I wanted the website I’d just go to it. The other two options did not answer. Terrible service for a big company. You won’t stay so popular if people can’t get through!
