Terrible service. I have been in this store at least 7 times this month and not once has someone helped me while waiting 10 plus minutes everytime. Zero customer service... I will video for proof in the future
Your electronics specialist was very knowledgable. He and the cashier verified that the SD micro card would meet the specs of our Insta360 X5. They cheerfully returned my initial online purchase and sold me two 512GB better specifications cards instead of the lower performance 1TB card. I enjoyed working with your engaged store representatives. Unfortunately you can't reach a real person by phone before you drive to the store.
