Officeworks Albany isn't a normal Officeworks. It's a huge warehouse full of a billion thingd. Despite the incredible selection the local staff can tell you exactly where to go. The aisles have letters just like in the game bettleships. Ask for a thing and they will give you exact coordinates. Boom 💥 right on target. If they don't have the item they can also tell you where else to find it. Great service.
Friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble.
Exceptional Customer Service by Team Member - Austin this morning. Promptly dealt with a return of a faulty product, provided a replacement and refunded the price difference.
