I was shopping and was about to spend more than $1,000 when my 7-year-old daughter needed to use the bathroom. We politely asked if we could use the restroom for our child, and they said no. I then put everything I was going to buy back. I hate gas stations and other businesses that don’t allow customers to use the restroom, and I also hate the Australian government for not having a rule in this country that requires businesses to let people use their toilets. I called them and the worker there pretend they can’t hear me and then hang up the phone. When I call again they just don’t pick up the phone. Horrible experience
