This neighborhood is one of the most gorgeous neighborhoods in the state of Oklahoma. Please Please Please, request a copy of the community’s bylaws and covenants and read them thoroughly. The developers have recently started the HOA and the fees were not representative of what the sales team sold us on. In fact the homeowners dues (to include maintenance can total close to 3000 annually instead of the expected 1800.00. Selah is a thriving and welcoming community! The realty team, especially Mollie and Kalyn, has been incredible throughout the entire process—from before our purchase to closing and even after. Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and we have no doubt that Selah is the best place to live in Norman!
Things here seem too good to be true. Has sort of a cult feeling when you walk around the most empty neighborhood. Could turn out cool though.
