This neighborhood is one of the most gorgeous neighborhoods in the state of Oklahoma. Please Please Please, request a copy of the community’s bylaws and covenants and read them thoroughly. The developers have recently started the HOA and the fees were not representative of what the sales team sold us on. In fact the homeowners dues (to include maintenance can total close to 3000 annually instead of the expected 1800.00.
