Ashely is amazing and so helpful. She knows the store so well and helped me find what I needed very fast. Thank you, Ashley for being so kind and helpful. Also, this is the CLEANEST Office Max I’ve ever been in.
Manager was very helpful. Had some documents I needed to print on the self service and it was giving issues. After he attempted as well he utilized his resources from behind the counter to print them.
One of their printers has been out of service for over 6 months. Every trip here is at least 30 minutes because they are too lazy and cheap to just fix their printer.
I go to Office Depot often to print documents for our rental business. I went in today and ASHLEY was having a bad day. I came to the self service print area and the printers were being rebooted because of some issues. At the same time Ashley was in the phone and I was just waiting. As I stood there the printer said to shut the door for Tray 3 so I did just that. Ashley asked me to excuse her and she walked up to the printer and slammed the door shut repeatedly.
