Just learned that they hang their sales tags a day early. I just went to purchase a chair and it was twice the amount it was advertised when I got to the register. I was then told that the sale doesn't start until tomorrow and that they just go ahead and hang their sales tags today. Instead of offering great customer service and saying, "Sorry. You can go ahead and purchase it at that price today." they, so politely, told me that I could drive back tomorrow and get it at the sales price. How about I just go somewhere else an... read more
Bought a computer that was defective. Tried to get it replaced but neither a store manager nor the tech person is in so no one could help me.
A big thank you to Bryan with Office Max in Columbia, TN. My computer was running very slow and couldn't access Wifi internet. He provided a 10+ level of service and went above and beyond in taking care of my computer repair needs and explaining what had happened that caused the problem. I wanted to let his managers know what a great asset he is to his company! He is amazing so take your computers to Bryan!
Not a good place for me...bad printer experience
The staff was really nice and helped me find what I needed. They also helped me figure out what was going on with my Lap Top.
