I came in at 8:30 a.m. to have a tech clear a paper jam in my printer. I was told he would not be in until 10:00 a.m. I returned about 11:30 a.m. and found that he had already left for the day. This will probably not be the first place I look in the future.
This location has the worst customer service. Just a bunch of snotty teenagers who don't want to help customers with anything. Y'all just loss a couple hundred dollars in sales because no one would get up off their stupid stools and help me. Even Walmart has better people than this.
Office Max/Depot in Columbia TN has the friendliest employees who are always very helpful.
Extremely helpful staff, very clean store. Almost never too busy!
