Terrible company. I ordered a laptop on 4/8 for 4/9 delivery. It was postponed, I was patient. Delayed, I was patient. I called on 4/14 and they said the order was canceled; I confirmed cancelation. On 4/20 I received an email saying laptop had shipped; I canceled again. 4/21 I received an email saying I would have to “refuse delivery.” (Mind you, I was charged $140 for warranty; cannot connect w/Square Trade on account of the corona.) Can’t believe this company thinks that staying open is a priority over their employees! Office Max is purposely exposing their employees to health risks that they probably won’t cover if someone gets sick. Don’t go to Office Max!!!
Price matched amazon pricing on all my labels and printer ink and didnt give me any trouble!
