An employee just shared with me that they don't do printing for personal use, they do just commercial. So if you need invites for a birthday party, water bottle labels, project for your kids' school, etc (by the way things another location had been able to provide service for) don't go here. They won't call you either even after you put in the email order your phone number & that you are available for questions. And when I called on day to check I was on hold for 13 minutes.
