Printer ink issues, two of the three color cartridges did not work, and therefore my printer (also purchased at Office Max) would not print. I purchased the cartridges about two months ago from this store. Called the store, asked to speak with someone with printer ink experience. Described the issue, and was immediately told they would not replace the cartridges since they only have a 30 day warranty, and that I should have immediately installed the cartridges or they would "go bad." I took my iPhone 5s in for a broken screen repair, they took 6 hrs to give it back completely disabled and broken. It's useless. Do NOT ever let them touch your electronics. All the manager could say was "it had water damage" which it didn't. They tested every feature and signed off on it before they agreed to fix it. Well done morons.

This office max went above and beyond to honor a receipt for a Bluetooth speaker I had bought on good Friday that the volume up button fell in on...they actually gave me watery eyes...very attentive, concerned, and family like crew...and wait till you see their human magnifying glass...lol adorable...they go get this one guy to read small print...lmao you will be treated right here
