I was at the Eastgate store Sunday July 20 at approximately 10:15. One store associate was very rude and dismissive. He definitely needs some training to improve his customer service skills. Lucky for me another associate came to my aid and gave me a helping hand. He was polite, friendly, and professional. It's that type of service that leaves a positive impression when choosing which stores you want to give your business to.
Just came here for a prepaid FedEx drop-off. Note - they will not give you a drop-off receipt here; you have to go to a "real" FedEx location for that.
Store was very clean, well organized and Dan gave us great customer service. Picked up a great computer chair that has 3 adjustments (height, seat angle ***and*** back rest angle - very hard to find these).
I ordered a college graduation sign last minute. We are from out of town and when I picked it up I made some errors with the file. The GM Tony Bachelder took the time to help me rectify my mistake and went above and beyond to teach me a few things that I never knew about. design. Tony is an absolute asset to your company and I can’t thank him enough.
Not a good store. I bought a desk online for pickup, and the person at store wanted to give me the floor model. They did not have the desk I bought. Poor communication and handling of orders. I drove there for nothing.
