I placed an order on line somehow it combined my account with someone else in the company and used the shipping address in NY instead of VA. I called first thing this morning. No problem it's not on the truck she said, we will intercept it and put it on the right truck. Ha! It's on the way to NY. Now I have 2 orders going to NY and have to place new orders to get my stuff in VA. So now I have over $1000 out of pocket with no product and may get a refund if the product is refused in NY and returned to the warehouse. That is f... read more
