I’m asked if I need assistance after I’ve spent 20 minutes in your business looking at ink toner and pens and get to the register and decide I didn’t want the pens? I tell the cashier that I will just go to Office Depot and that I’ll put the pens and toner back. As I’m leaving the cashier tells me “you do know that Office Depot is Office Max?” I tell her I do, but no one other than her utter a word to me until now. So, today OfficeMax nor Office Depot will get my money. #customerservice #stapleshasinkandpens
