Coming in clueless on how to do a craft project for my sons first birthday, with all the patients in the world, Ashley (Sp) in the printing center helped me come up with what I needed. She was an amazing help!!
The lady in the back named Sherry was beyond rude from the start. As soon as I walked up because I got a call that my order was done she instantly had an attitude. Then when she handed me my order not everything was done. She acted like it was my fault it was not done. So I walked out with only half my order. Then when she goes to ring me out her register was not working properly so she then tried to act like I didn’t know how to simply insert a card and enter a pin. If you don’t like your job get a new one!
I came in 10 days ago to buy CDS for my photography business. When I went to use them today I realized they were DVDs and wouldn't work for what I needed them to. I was upset because the cashier who sold me them assured me that's what I'd need. I came in today thinking they wouldn't let me exchange them since they were open but thankfully Chris did. Just got home from buying a new office chair and I wanted to let the store know that the man who helped me out Tariano I think is how its spelled was fantastic. If all your employees are that courteous and helpful you're gonna have a great store . This will def be my go to location now. Thanks !!!
