Kait may not be manager, but she damn well deserves to be! She is phenomenal and genuinely cares and extends kindness throughout the entire process.
Employees at the South Jordan location have really bad attitudes. They give you the wrong information & THEY have an attitude toward you. What happened to customer service? They’re not the ones inconvenienced to have to drive back to the store & return the item they told you was correct. They really need some training.
I went in to have 100 copies made. I needed 4 of my flyers to a page. They said they couldn't help me make the copies or reformat. Since I needed 4 to a page, I couldn't use the self service machines. Left without copies for my event.
