Jackson or who ever it is , has a really bad actitud came 1 hour before they close for simple printing and laminating 1 of them and she said didn’t had time I was the only costumer in the building , in the other side the guy with her was trying to help as much as he could but , waste of time ! I understand probably it’s because is Sunday but if you are not able to work to the final of he shift just close at 5 and don’t make lose time to people because she dont want to work
I’ve been printing materials at this Office Depot for several years, and while the print quality is usually fine, the customer service can be disappointing. I placed a simple print order that could be completed in minutes, but the system showed it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Annette, Jax and Joe were AMAZING at helping us get two types of business cards in a hurry! This place is better than using an online like Vista Print. Annette adjusted our color choices for maximum pop and aligned the words better. They were all great and fast! Also, the prices at Office Depot print were excellent! No complaints!
Went in to make some copies and Jax helped me and was beyond helpful. I didn’t know how to work the copy machine, and she basically sat with me and walked me through it the whole time. She was super friendly and made my day better.
