I had an amazing experience with the print lab. I was peinting 500 programs for my brother inlaws funeral. After I had submitted the order, my family reached out to add more names to it. I contacted the print lab and they were more than happy to help. I ended up resubmitting 3 times because of errors on my end. They were so helpful and got the programs done before the quoted finish time. I think Andrea and Kate had helped me? Went in to office max first time in 10+ years to send fed ex. Tons of friction. Felt like 1985 but with worse service. They pointed at a printer. I spent 5 minutes trying to figure it out. 8m the meantime 4 employees stood around. Another customer tried helping but I eventually gave up and went to another store. Not sure how they are still in business? This was the one in The District of South Jordan, Utah.

Employees here are very rude and unhelpful. I asked an employee a question and while I was discussing options he became very hostile. I asked to speak to a manager because of it and he claimed he was the manager which I find hard to believe.

They had copy machines, which i needed. However, the price per copy seemed a bit stiff.
