I went in to have 100 copies made. I needed 4 of my flyers to a page. They said they couldn't help me make the copies or reformat. Since I needed 4 to a page, I couldn't use the self service machines. Left without copies for my event.
Got in and out. Just like I like it.
Jackson or who ever it is , has a really bad actitud came 1 hour before they close for simple printing and laminating 1 of them and she said didn’t had time I was the only costumer in the building , in the other side the guy with her was trying to help as much as he could but , waste of time ! I understand probably it’s because is Sunday but if you are not able to work to the final of he shift just close at 5 and don’t make lose time to people because she dont want to work
I’ve been printing materials at this Office Depot for several years, and while the print quality is usually fine, the customer service can be disappointing. I placed a simple print order that could be completed in minutes, but the system showed it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Even though I was already at the store and it wasn’t busy, I was told I’d have to wait about an hour instead of having it printed right away. This isn’t the first time this has happened.
