DONT GO HERE!!!!! The manager is a rude prick. I placed a print order online to pick up and it was sent out to special printing for some unknown reason. I went to the store & tried to cancel the order. I was told I would not be charged if I don’t pick up the order which was good because I was only in town for a week. THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY!!!! I can’t even get my order as I live in another state. I called to get a refund & they won’t. They gave me (the wrong) 800 number to call & request a refund. So they called the store & ... read more
Terrible customer service. We were going to buy a laptop and could not find anyone to help us. We finally managed to flag someone down, and she stated she would send someone. We waited another 20 minutes for someone to help, just to find out that the laptop was out of stock. We walked out and ended up buying a laptop elsewhere.
Services area messed up my order again Hole punched some pages on the wrong side and put some out of order
Could not find help. When I did, the associate didn't have the answer. No left handed school supplies. Store was very warm.
