I purchased a really great office chair that was on sale. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but there only thing I did not care for was that I was pressured into getting their rewards card. I don't shop there enough to warrant having one and when I declined the card, the cashier said she could not run the transaction. Great store, good people, just wish I didn't need a rewards card.
