Terrible..had requested card from camera downloaded to flash drive. We had pictures from our latest trip with our son. My husband’s health made it most likely our last shared vacation together. They wiped out the card and erased all pictures and were unable to recover. Sent numerous complaints and even phone calls but it was like one area did not know what the other was doing.
