Office Max This store is well organized and very clean. The staff is helpful and welcoming. They have a great copy center to assist you with printing and copying. They always have what I need in stock and often they have coupons and sales

This store has horrible customer service & phone etiquette! Called them this morning to ask about an order I placed and the man that answered the phone said “don’t know can’t help ya wasn’t here last night..” I asked if my order went through because I hadn’t received an email, just a text saying a manager would reach out to me about a problem with my order or I was to call the store. The man on the phone said well yeah your order wasn’t placed then & hung up the phone. He never looked anything up even asked my name.. awful c... read more
I went up to the store on Wednesday and dropped off/emailed them the copy (with instructions) of a birthday invitation. I go on Friday morning to pick them up and they are not done. No I will not wait while you complete my order. Since it’s not done I will try somewhere else. And if that doesn’t work I may come back here. But not likely at this point I can just print them at home. I thought this was suppose to be convenient.

Extremely RUDE and SNIPITY woman on the phone, IGNORANT.......if this is the representation that Office Depot/Office Max is wanting for their company then this is not a place that I am looking to be a customer ....in person or online!!! What a shame!!!! 5/25/2017 7:40am On phone with corporate now......the agent is trying to be pleasant, however I am asking for district manager name and number and this seems to be unknown information .....how can this be????
