Wow, this was an extraordinary, incredibly positive experience. We were doing a celebration for my grandfather's 100th birthday. All of his grandchildren had made posters and photo collages to celebrate this, and they were all coming back to Chicago from places around the world. I told everyone I would handle the printing of all these posters, but I didn't call OfficeMax until the day I needed it.
