I own my own company I do know how to speak to people about what I need. Lesson learned, if you ever need any copying Service from OfficeMax in the Lake Zurich Area you better get it in writing. Otherwise if they do it incorrectly you are just screwed over. Even with proof they just will not budge.

OK I went in at 11am to get 1 I repeat 1 black and white photo printed. The lady helping me yelled. "I can't deal with this shit" and stormed out. It took about an hour for someone to come over and help... (there were 7 people behind me also waiting for help). So after about 15 minutes of getting helped I was told that the machine needed to be warmed up before they can use it. I was also told that it would take half an hour to be finished and I'd be called. I was called at 10:55 the next day saying that is was finally done.
Great store. Has a good selection of office supplies, much more than the average Office Max... The staff and management were very helpful, especially a young manager named Ryan Muehlenbeck. Thank you for helping me select and setting up my computer. Will definitely be back.
