I bought my Toshiba Sattelite S55t here on September 22nd 2014. During a windows update on May 18th 2015, my computer began having severe issues with anything windows and I had no preinstalled programs, such as those for my sound. The workers there were wonderful and helped me for two days, May 18th and May 19th, trying to get my computer back on track. I greatly appreciate all their help. If not for them, my computer may not be back up and running properly!
