Second time in a month and my packages that are dropped off have come up missing. Fed Ex claims they do not have them and Office Depot says they do not know what happened. I am getting tired of this -- if they cannot ensure the drivers are not scanning them in or cannot keep packages safe from people possibly picking them, then they should not be accepting packages to ship. I have lost over $600 now in product from this store. I do not understand why they will not check the cameras to see what happened to my packages.
If I could give it less I would. Came to office max last year for posters and the cost was $15. This year the exact same posters cost $120. I don't see the difference.
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. A display had fallen over when no one was beside it and the employees had the nerve to say if I controlled my kids better it wouldn't have fallen. Well they were the closest to the display. Very rude and I won't be shopping there again and will let others know as well.
