So sad...customer service is DEAD. I just went in the store and without even so much as a greetings, the store manager was so rude. I was going in to inquire about having a picture blown up for a memorial service. Sadly disappointed! I’m going to Office Depot.

Terrible Customer Service-Nasty 'Manager' – I recently went to this store to purchase a computer. I was in need of help in determining what kind to get. The store manager was rude and acted as if he couldn't care less. Aren't we in a recession? Does this idiot realize that Staples is on the same street and Home Depot is very close also? Really Bad 'Manager' – I recently had to purchase some office supplies and went to this Office Max. I could not find what I needed and asked an employee for assistance. He could not (or would not) locate it either and I asked the 'Manager'. What a waste of time! This overweight lazy man was neither interested or helpful.
