they will not answer the phone! when I asked for direction in purchasing a computer for a new business, I was told that to receive the expert advice I need to purchase the correct system, I would have to subscribe to the service for $60.00 a month; this is before I even have purchased something. Faith, who is in customer service, told me this; this is actually "customer dis-service"!

Very disappointed Customer that I purchased a 2 drawer file cabinet on 12/16/17 and was told it would be delivered on 12/28/17. It was not delivered and I did not even receive a phone call to let me know. It now will not be delivered until 1/2/18. I thought 12 was too long but 17 is ridiculous. Suggest better customer service from your delivery service.
They do not know what they are doing. We purchased a desk, got home put most the desk together and realized they gave us the wrong desk. Then we were told the desk we wanted would have to be shipped and would arrived today. Well today came and gone and blood desk. Come tomorrow they will refund me through desk and other office products I purchased from them. They have the worst customer service. I can see why the store is always empty.
