Customer Appreciation I have shopped at Office Max several times; however, my last experience at the store was HORRIBLE!!!! The manager, Curtis, was very rude and unreasonable. I had called earlier in the day to price color copies and was informed that they were $.29/copy over 99; unfortuately that person gave me the wrong price for self copies. At the check out I learned that I had been given the wrong price. Since it was not my fault, I felt the store should honor the price I was quote. Howeve the manager was not prepared ... read more
This office Max is so LAZY.... The managers suck, never on the floor to help, always outside smoking, always putting their job on the person running the cash register. How many jobs does she have??? Office Max you need to educate your managers on how to run your store. Or you need to rethink how to run your store. Too much pressure on one person. The cashier's are great... Everyone else NOT!!!
