SorryBut... No disrespect to you Anonymous??? But I happen to know Curtis???? And he is FAR from rude!!! In his defense, some of us have a bad day at some point, we all do, actually. As it is, my shopping experience there has been great! So far so good!!! But I also say that since his name was mentioned I will definitely say to anyone who reads this review? Ask for him if you need help at Office Max. Give him a chance. He's a good person!! Have a great day guys! kita
Customer Appreciation I have shopped at Office Max several times; however, my last experience at the store was HORRIBLE!!!! The manager, Curtis, was very rude and unreasonable. I had called earlier in the day to price color copies and was informed that they were $.29/copy over 99; unfortuately that person gave me the wrong price for self copies. At the check out I learned that I had been given the wrong price. Since it was not my fault, I felt the store should honor the price I was quote. Howeve the manager was not prepared ... read more
