Staff is very rude. My bf asked for a piece of packing tape to ensure his package was secure. Routinely, this is never a problem. Today, March 18, 2020, the clerk stated, "If you need packing tape, you have to buy some! in a very rude tone. This is why customers complain about customer service. Remember: It's not the what you say. It's how you say it.
Ordered a Christmas present a charcoal color desk and when I go to pick it up, it is. NOT the right color and they DON'T have the charcoal. They never bothered to notify that they didn't have it after I ordered it and PAID for it.
