I had a large order for printing needed same day (brochures). The Office Max I normally go to could not accommodate the entire order. They offered to call other stores and help me split the order up. This store refused to evaluate the order even with the other Office Max rep on the phone. I ordered my Christmas cards online and they said they needed to resize them. I asked if it would affect the quality and they said no because they were making it smaller. I picked them up tonight and once I got home and unwrapped them they looked horrible! I can't believe they thought I would be happy with these cards. I had cards made there last year and they looked great but this year I am really disappointed! I would have said something when I was there but I couldn't see … See more
