Don't buy their performance protection plan. I had a claim, called over six times, and never received paperwork to get a new printer or have my sent in to be fixed. They push the sales hard but don't back up the service. When you talk with their claims agents, it seems like a scam process
What's the point of emailing a print job on a Wednesday, getting a response that order is received, then showing up on Friday to pick it up, only to be dismissed by a manager who says the job hasn't been done cause "We're only human. We got busy." This isn't the first time I've had a problem like this here. I'm DONE.
Check Out process abysmal - when a customer take 30 minutes to have 10 items rung up because they are using 3 discount cards (of which 1 is expired) and they also want to stand at the register as they look up each item to get a price match (instead of having done it ahead of time) then - Your management needs to step in ! Andrew waited on us. He was wonderful. He went way beyond to help me. It was like dealing with a friend. I HIGHLY recommend this office max...Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and helpful. Kudos to them
