Went to OfficeMax today and was extremely happy with the excellent customer service we received! One young man asked if we needed help and assisted us with a piece of office furniture and computer cable. He was very helpful and personable. The guy at the checkout was very nice and personable as well. Haven't had customer service this good in Lynchburg in a long time (except maybe at Chic-Fil-A)!! Plus, we love the items we purchased!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a store! All I wanted was a computer table and chair and somehow this took over an hour an a half and I ended up with a dropped table and a floor demo chair that is ripped up. This is because the table that was dropped while they were carrying it was the last one in stock and the chair was supposedly in stock when I paid for it! I will never deal with this place again.
