I have shopped at this store for five years. The service has always been marginal at best. Today took the cake. As a customer service clerk walked me to the row where I needed help, he abruptly turned around to go to the check out counter to help someone who just showed up. Even with other employees standing around, he chose to wait on other customers and totally ignore me. I just left without buying anything after being treated so rudely. I can find other stores or online companies to buy from.
