The computer techs are either poorly trained or disreputable. Run don't walk from this store. We bought a computer on Sunday, they did not call us to pick it up. When I called them they claimed to have called. Hmmm I guess my recorder does not work, it has for the past 20+ years as it is in the central office. When we got there, two of the "software" programs were not as they were told to us. They wanted another $100+ to bring the computer up to what they sold it as being capable of.
