not enough sale stuff whenever they run a super sale, you have to line up outside the store before it even opens to get in on the deal. i went sunday afternoon at 1 pm (only a few hours after they opened and the first day of the sale) and they were completely sold out of the pencils i wanted. PENCILS! come on, they know everyone in the state is going to want those. makes me think they pull the bait and switch.
Kudos to the cashiers on duty this morning who handled a degrading rude and belligerent customer with absolute professionalism. May you have nothing but good customers the rest of this season.
