Store is GREAT! Corporate decisions on customer loyalty/reward program are ridiculous! I find it completely ridiculous that I have to change my online password every 30 days, but it's not printed on the website anywhere. And I find it incredulous that a customer rewards program forces my account to be dormant after 6 months and then purges my account after a year if I don't order online. Do you not want me to support your bricks and mortar stores???
