We took our very sick Brother printer into Office Max on South Oneida Street in Green Bay this morning. We were very lucky to have Ian Snyder, office equipment technician, look at the ailing printer. He knew exactly how to fix it, all within ten minutes. Even though it is seven years old, it now works like new. I was at your store this afternoon just after 4pm. I very friendly tall young man helped me immediately. He showed me where I could find the photo paper & laminating sheets that I wanted. When I went to checkout, there was no one at the register. I saw 1 other employee helping customers with printer questions & the young man who assisted me was with other customers in another aisle. I waited for a cashier for a few minutes. No one acknowledged I was at the register. I left without making a purchase due to no cashier on duty.

Worst. Location. Ever. I was told that items could be price matched with online retailers, but only if sold by and shipped from certain online retailers. I found a planner refill on Amazon that was sold by a different retailer but fulfilled by Amazon. I was told that the store couldn't do the price match because of that. I hit the one-click button while talking to the clerk & will have my item by Monday. You snooze, you lose Office Max!
Briar is the best! If you want your printing done right, checked, and personable ask for Briar on the printing area!
horrible service and cards not at all what i wanted...plus took three weeks....never ever go there again!
They really go above and beyond!
