I was in need of an emergency printer yesterday. Super helpful sales guy knew a bunch about the offerings. Bought a chair too. Another employee helped me carry the stuff to the car. Great experience. But there is a Joann Fabrics next door. I still have nightmares - from my youth - when my mom would drag me to the fabric store for hours on end. Soooo boring. I have since forgiven my mother, but I will never forgive Joann Fabrics. But good job, OfficeMax. Watch out for the place next door, though.
