no wonder you are closing... stood at the check out, cashier walked away. went to the 'shipping counter' ignored there also. went back to the check out counter where I stood for a good 5 minutes before a gave up, dropped my stuff and walked out! clearly there is a reason you are closing! your staff is ridiculous!
Listen to the customer. Sent something that had to get there the next day. Clerk said it would with a lower cost rate, I said we always sent it a different way and he ignored me. Didnt get there for 2 days. Had to resend the pkg again, this time thru post office.
