Friend purchased a face mask for 12. Yesterday. It was a piece of cut terri cloth , nothing more. No finished edges, etc. Manager refused to refund, even after corporate was called and told them to refund. Still no refund. Very rude . Will never shop with y’all again. And people wonder why so many businesses are going under. CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL MATTERS. Myself along with everyone I know will be sharing pictures and this information. Thus is his Office Depot treats it’s elderly customers.
I’ve been using their self serve services for several years and today I’m told I have to wait in a long line behind people needing full services because he MAY need to use the copier I print to. They have 2. In the past I have stopped immediately if they needed to use it. The store manager is very rude. I said I have to wait an hour in line to see if he MAY need to use it? So when I’m using it for 15 minutes no one can have any services. Now that’s using common sense!
